Your Opportunity

The NetSuite AI team is looking for a product manager who can take a key role in defining the application AI agents to real enterprise problems. You will be the product leader defining the product vision, strategy and go-to-market, working with our customers to understand their vision and requirements. You will partner closely with our engineering, data science, research, UX, field & marketing to build a product that customers need and love.

Your Responsibilities

As part of the NetSuite AI Product Management team, you will be responsible for developing innovative AI capabilities for our customers. Responsibilities include the following:

  • Define product strategy and roadmap to deliver experiences that our customers love

  • Partner with NetSuite domain teams (ERP, HCM, etc.) to identify and execute on opportunities opened by AI technologies.

  • Define and analyze key engagement and quality of service metrics

  • Have a deep understanding of the AI market and industry trends

  • Ability to work across teams in a large organization

  • Be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a great collaborator

  • Be our product evangelist - engage directly with customers and partners, participate and present in external events and conferences, etc.

Your Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience in program / product management

  • Experience translating customer needs into innovative and detailed product requirements for customer-facing online products/services

  • 4+ years of experience with application of AI to enterprise scenarios

  • Able to understand and write code for customer samples.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or a related field

  • Exceptional ability to negotiate and collaborate across groups to achieve customer success

  • Experience with NetSuite

  • Experience with Agent Frameworks or building AI Assistants

  • Customer focus with experience working with enterprise customers and developers

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
