Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting all mechanical and electrical issues within the plant. This role primarily involves preventative maintenance and responding to repair calls from operators. The technician will work on various equipment including corrugators, printer presses, die cutters, auxiliary equipment, and glue machines. Utilizing knowledge of bearings, conveyors, drives, and gearboxes, the technician will address mechanical issues. Electrical tasks will include wiring, working with 3 phase motors, and troubleshooting PLC systems such as Siemens or Fanuc controls.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues within the plant.
Perform preventative maintenance on various equipment.
Respond to repair calls from operators.
Work on corrugators, printer presses, die cutters, auxiliary equipment, and glue machines.
Utilize knowledge of bearings, conveyors, drives, and gearboxes to address mechanical issues.
Conduct electrical tasks including wiring and working with 3 phase motors.
Troubleshoot PLC systems such as Siemens or Fanuc controls.
Essential Skills
2-5 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance.
Knowledge of electrical theory, PLC, circuit protection, AC and DC motors, switches, control devices, high voltage, drives, 480V, and 3 phase motors.
Proficiency in preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, belts, motors, and gearboxes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Hydraulics.
Proficiency in Maintenance repair.
Experience with Motors and Installation.
Knowledge of Electrical maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot and provide service.
Skills in Mechanical and Pneumatics.
Experience in Preventive maintenance and Blueprint reading.
Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and Electrical troubleshooting.
Experience with 3 phase electrical systems.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.49 - $36.49/hr.
