Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Manager in Jacksonville, Florida. The role primarily focuses on maintaining the financial health of our organization by managing the accounting operations. The position is primarily office-based and is within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and adjustment of journal entries as required.

• Supervise the approval process of balance sheet reconciliations.

• Ensure adherence to deadlines and schedules for month-end close.

• Facilitate and manage month-end calls and queries from different verticals.

• Handle and resolve queries from the immediate team.

• Utilize accounting software systems to manage and monitor customer accounts.

• Oversee the functions of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

• Ensure the proper execution of billing functions.

• Conduct regular auditing to maintain financial accuracy.

• Use ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient business process management. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential.

• Knowledge of BlackLine software is required.

• Experience with Concur is a must.

• Skilled in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Ability to manage Accounting Functions effectively.

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary.

• Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial.

• Auditing skills are required.

• Experience in Billing Functions is necessary.
