Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the Hi Tech Engineering industry, located in Jacksonville, Florida, United States. This role will involve a variety of tasks including processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and performing account reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of accounts payable transactions

• Perform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipt

• Handle all aspects of data entry related to accounts payable

• Effectively manage check runs and maintain accurate payment records

• Utilize Great Plains software for accounts payable functions

• Code invoices accurately for proper account allocation

• Maintain up-to-date records and perform account reconciliations

• Process potentially high volumes of invoices with attention to detail

• Adapt to changing business needs and priorities

• Perform credit card reconciliations as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk within the Hi Tech Engineering industry.

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP).

• Experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices.

• Strong Data Entry skills.

• Proficient in Invoice Processing.

• Mastery of Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC) software.

• Knowledge of 3 Way Matching procedures.

• Experience with Credit Card Reconciliation.
