SUMMARY
Builds and performs tests on systems and components to determine operability, quality, performance, and suitability and airworthiness. Troubleshoots and repairs as appropriate. Performs incoming inspections, prepares and signs FAA form 8130; Airworthiness Approval Tag and maintains accurate and traceable files and records.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operates standard equipment in test and process environments.
Follows prescribed work and test procedures methods in accomplishment of assignments. Maintains proper test station and test records and files.
Sets up tests and performs evaluations on products and components as required by the established Test Plan
Inspects, tests, troubleshoots, repairs, modifies, and suggest application of standard or non-standard techniques.
Complies with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) handling in accordance with EDS program
Performs such individual assignments as supervisors and superiors may direct ensures adequate and continuous controls are exercised over all assigned activities affecting quality establishes and maintains effective work relationships within the department, the Corporation and the community and maintains the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.
Comply with AAR Business Management System (BMS) and AS9120 Standard.
Perform all warehouse duties as assigned; Load and unload trucks receive, stow pick inventory, building kits, pack, and ship.
Keep work station and warehouse clean, sweep floors, dust shelves, empty Trash
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED
Four years related experience required. Related experience can consist of aircraft or vehicle maintenance; or Production experience.
Strong electromechanical skills as typically evidenced by work experience in manufacturing, production, or maintenance background.
