Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46100 - $62200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities

• Partner closely with client, guests, and catering staff to produce exceptional events that exceed guest expectations, drive referrals, and build positive brand awareness

• Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events from start to finish and ensure the highest quality of product and service throughout

• Develop effective presentations both verbally and written where ideas and recommendations display strong understanding and expertise in the sales process

• Manage the customer decision and relationship process, negotiate prices and arrangements with clients, draw up contracts, and secure client's signature and deposit

• Organize necessary banquet, kitchen, and service staff and arrangements for each event

• Document and review all records for catering events and analyze what can be done to improve booking sales as well event execution; build an excellent track record of maintaining budgetary allotments and exceeding guests' expectations

• Facilitate repeat and new business for catering functions and exceed the sales expectations of the Catering Department

• Design and deliver appropriate catering menus by collaborating with clients and chefs

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of catering management experience in a stadium or other large venue is required

• Experience in food preparation, inventory and cost control, scheduling, and purchasing

• Excellent customer service orientation, communication, data analysis, and organizational skills

• Ability to work event hours including some holidays, weekends, and evenings

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. with constant bending and other repetitive motions

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time including outdoors in all weather
