Job Title: Avionics Quality Inspector
Job Description: Join our dynamic team as a Quality Inspector, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality for aircraft details, machine parts, and assemblies. You'll conduct thorough dimensional and visual inspections, review manufacturing documentation, and maintain quality records to meet customer requirements. You'll work under the guidance of the Supervisor, Inspection.
Responsibilities:
Perform inspections using drawings, specifications, first article inspection reports, and other documentation.
Visually inspect materials and parts for quality.
Utilize precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, protractors, height gauges, and more.
Assist in determining the best inspection techniques and methods.
Document nonconforming conditions and prepare rejection documentation.
Report any unusual circumstances or defective materials to the supervisor.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action development.
Support internal and customer audits.
Comply with Quality System procedures and company policies.
Maintain accurate records and perform additional duties as needed.
Essential Skills:
High school diploma or GED.
3+ years of experience preferred.
Quality inspection experience in manufacturing or aviation.
Close attention to detail.
Proficiency with measurement tools such as calipers, gauges, micrometers, and more.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Specialized skills in CMM, DQR, and NDI are a plus.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $66560.00
