Robert Half is offering an outstanding career opportunity for a skilled, bilingual customer service representative. This position is located in a fast-paced, ever-evolving call center environment.

How you will make an impact

• Provides accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

• Manage a high volume of calls per hour for various companies

• Accurately take and record messages with correct spelling and details

• Dispatch messages through multiple communication channels

• Adhere to scripted call protocols and thoroughly follow provided instructions

• Assist callers with inquiries and provide effective solutions to issues

• Transcribe voicemail messages accurately

• Consistently meet performance targets for prompt call resolution

  Requirements

What we're looking for

• Bilingual (Spanish Speaking)

• Capable of multitasking by switching between various applications and multiple screens

• Experience processing complex transactions and performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

• Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

• Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills

• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

• Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
