Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Manager to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Plant Manager and the Plant Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, financial understanding of overall plant performance metrics, and the ability to make independent and sound decisions.

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Manager

Location: Maxville, FL - Clay Hill - 32234

Pay Range: $130,000 - $140,000

What's the Job?

• Reports to the Plant Manager

• Facilitates the Maintenance Department safety processes to achieve plant safety goals, including Zero Injuries

• Participates as a member of Plant Leadership Team

• Supervises plant maintenance organization including a Maintenance Supervisor, Electrical Supervisor, Planner/Scheduler, and Inventory Coordinator Coordinators

• Manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices, emphasizing effective planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (BSME is preferred)

• 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience in a continuous manufacturing operation strongly preferred. Minimum of 5 years (prefer at least 10 years) of Industrial Maintenance experience

• Financial understanding of overall plant performance metrics at minimum cost

• Experience with repair and maintenance of process equipment

• Ability to conduct assessments, audits and evaluations to measure progress
