Randstad is looking for a team lead Jacksonville based automotive electronics part repair service. This position performs repair service for electronic control modules and oversees a small team. Some small electronic tech and soldering experience is required. Automotive experience a definite plus. We offer a competitive salary; full benefits (medical, dental, supplemental insurances, paid holidays and paid time off).

Responsibilities
Responsible for the design, simulation, analysis, testing, and integration of hardware, and for ensuring that the team meets project objectives.
Some responsibilities of an electronic tech team lead include:
Technical leadership: Providing technical guidance to the team, and making architectural and design decisions
Project management: Establishing project specifications and technical direction, and overseeing system modifications
Mentoring: Providing guidance and support to junior team members
Strategic planning: Assessing future tech stack needs and preparing for upcoming projects
Mediation: Facilitating disputes that may arise between team members
The essential functions of this role include:
- standing for 8 hours at one time
