Learning and Development Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist to support our growing company. This role ensures employees receive the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively. Key responsibilities include designing new training programs, developing and designing training materials, conducting training needs analysis, facilitating training classes, evaluating pre- and post-training performance, and continuously improving training programs. You will also oversee the implementation and management of our Learning Management System (LMS), manage the training budget, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Training & Development, Learning Management, and Training skills

  • Experience in Instructional Design

  • Leadership Development skills

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Experience with learning technology platforms

  • Relevant certification in Learning and Development is a plus

Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Training & Development, Human Resources, Business or related field

  • 2+ years Supervisory experience

  • 4+ years Instructional Design or e-Learning development
