Description

We are in search of an experienced and dedicated Senior Network Administrator to join our growing IT department. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, and supporting our company's computer systems. You will also troubleshoot network performance issues, and design and implement network solutions to improve system productivity and functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and administer use of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, computer workstations, and peripheral equipment.

• Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, operating system software, and software applications.

• Implement network traffic and security monitoring software, and optimize server performance.

• Manage the company’s mobile networks, server deployment & configuration.

• Provide problem-solving services to network users and perform routine maintenance.

• Develop and implement policies for network asset management, including lifecycle management, and network/software licensing.

• Manage and ensure the efficiency of servers and other network equipment.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

• Proven experience as a Network Administrator, Network Architect or similar role.

• Professional certification (e.g. CCNA, CCNP) is a plus.

• Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network technologies.

• Hands-on experience with common software and hardware.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
