Job Title: Overnight Tracking Agent

Job Description

The primary duty of this role is to provide detailed tracking and customer service support to our company drivers and brokered carriers. The ideal candidate must be computer literate, able to work as a team player, multitask, problem solve, and handle high volume inbound and outbound calls and emails.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with carriers via phone and email in a fast-paced environment.

  • Handling dispatching calls and emails with professionalism.

  • Providing detailed tracking information and customer service support.

  • Maintaining professional communication skills via email.

  • Utilizing basic Excel for data entry and logistics tracking.

  • Booking freight and managing logistics operations.

  • Negotiating and handling dispatch customer service.

Essential Skills

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience

  • Open to overnight schedule- 4 days a week schedule.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with Outlook.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.

  • Experience in hospitality, such as serving or bartending, is a plus.

  • Experience/knowledge of logistics, freight, intermodal, and carrier sales.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
