Job Title: Production/ Administrative Assistant
Pay: 15$
Shift: 8am – 12pm Monday – Friday Part-Time hours

Job Description/ details:
Accurately assign and enter employee hours worked to the corresponding work orders in the system.
Maintain the work order tracking system, ensuring data is up-to-date daily.
Review and adjust entries for discrepancies or changes in schedules or work orders.
Generate reports based on employee hours, work orders, and productivity metrics as requested by supervisors or management.
Collaborate with supervisors and managers to ensure accurate data entry and to resolve any inconsistencies in work order assignments.
Ensure all data is compliant with company standards and procedures for accuracy and reporting.
Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed related to production tracking and reporting
