Job Title: Production/ Administrative Assistant

Pay: 15$

Shift: 8am – 12pm Monday – Friday Part-Time hours

Job Description/ details:

• Accurately assign and enter employee hours worked to the corresponding work orders in the system.

• Maintain the work order tracking system, ensuring data is up-to-date daily.

• Review and adjust entries for discrepancies or changes in schedules or work orders.

• Generate reports based on employee hours, work orders, and productivity metrics as requested by supervisors or management.

• Collaborate with supervisors and managers to ensure accurate data entry and to resolve any inconsistencies in work order assignments.

• Ensure all data is compliant with company standards and procedures for accuracy and reporting.

• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed related to production tracking and reporting
