Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.

• Ensure production schedules are met and products meet quality standards.

• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.

• Train and mentor production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production flow and resolve any issues.

• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.

• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.

• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00
