Job Title: Safety Coordinator/Planner

Location: Jacksonville, FL

About Us: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator/ Planner to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.

• Will be responsible for writing lock out and tag out procedures from scratch

• 60% of the position will be working in an office setting on a computer and the other 40% will be spent on the production floor

• Will be responsible for taking pictures and uploading them to computer documents

• Will be writing PM procedures

Qualifications:

• Safety experience and understanding of lock out and tag out procedures is required

• Experience writing SOPs us required

• Knowledge of maintenance is highly preferred
