Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee our painting and process cleaning teams at the same job site in Jacksonville, FL . This full-time salaried role involves managing daily operations during the 2nd shift, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervision, experience in the painting or cleaning industries, and a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the painting and process cleaning teams to ensure seamless operations.

• Develop, implement, and oversee training programs to enhance team skills and maintain compliance with company standards.

• Monitor workflow, productivity, and performance metrics to meet operational and production goals.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to achieve overall project success.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the painting or cleaning industries.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively guide and motivate teams.

• Proven problem-solving abilities and capacity to make decisions under pressure.

• In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and quality control measures relevant to painting and cleaning operations.

Compensation: $65,000-$80,000

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program
