RGP Supply Chain Management Functional Project Analyst in Jacksonville, Florida
Client is looking to fill a Supply Chain Management Functional Project Support role as part of their Workday ERP implementation project. They are looking for a resource on either a temporary hire (1 year contract) or a potential transition into a fulltime position with the right candidate.
Process improvement work. F. . - match exceptions
Focus on the project type of work they have and to get up to speed, focus on the priorities and be able to step in for the gaps when current employee goes on leave.
F. . - going back and documenting, putting policies and procedures in place, dotting I's / crossing t's.
Support End to End testing
Develop Standard Operating Policies and Procedures
Complete Workday Process Flows for Major Business Process and Integrations
Support Successful Implementation of Workday by March 2026 go-live date.
Local or able to be on site in Jacksonville 3-4 days per week,or 2 weeks onsite, one week off.
Lean Process Improvement experience.
Proven track record of implementing process change versus consulting.
Understanding of Healthcare Supply Chain is essential.
Procurement and contracting experience preferred
Workday Experience a major plus.
Experience with Policy and Procedure Design and Implementation.
Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
