Role of Purposes:

We are looking for a Fare FIlling to assist one of our client's operations, as you will calculating and configuring fares, entering data into systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, analyzing fare performance, and resolving fare-related issues.

To succeed in this role, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with excellent communication and possess record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities :

• File and distribute airline fares using Fare Filing System (ATPCO, Amadeus, FareXpert, Travelport APF, SabreMyFares)

• Updating fare structures, managing fare changes, and coordinating with various departments to ensure the information in the GDS is correct and up-to-date.

• Report on audit findings to the client.

• Ensure that all work is processed according to the team's minimum standard.

• Report any issues or system limitations to the direct supervisor.

• Willing to ba placed in either Jakarta Office or BSD Office.

Qualifications :

• Good communication skills in written and spoken English

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills

• Detail oriented and a team player

• Must be willing to work on shift, including public holiday and especially on religious public holiday

• Preferably a degree (SMK/D3/D4/S1) in Tourism Major (Usaha Perjalanan Wisata)

• Preferably someone with experience in using GDS
