The Night Shift HR Clerk will be primarily responsible for maintaining employee records and assisting the HR Manager/HR Department with onboarding, benefits administration and attendance tracking. Responsibilities: Maintaining employee records. This includes paper filing, scanning and data entry. Coordinating hourly staffing for plant operations. Assisting with benefits administration. Vacation and Sick Leave tracking. Assisting plant management in maintaining positive employee relations. Assisting with plant safety protocols and accident investigations. Assisting HR Dept with recruitment and onboarding of new employees. Other duties as needed. Qualifications: Twoyears of relevant experience. (Previous experience in Human Resources or a manufacturing office environment preferred). Willing to train the right candidate. High level of organization and time management skills. Excellent communication skills (written and oral). Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must have a high level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
