Reports To: Workforce Development Manager
Summary:
This individual will play a key role in the learning and development of the workforce while maintaining accurate training records.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for creating and logging training records.
Create learning plans and/or training content for employees as directed by Workforce Development (WFD) Manager.
Organize and maintain United Alloy's Learning Management System (LMS).
Maintain Excel documents used to track training activities and metrics.
Be able to facilitate training sessions using PowerPoint, Adobe, and common LMS training tools.
Draft prompt and professional communication with management and vendors.
Flexible and adaptable to changing project demands and timelines.
Facilitate new hire orientation weekly
Facilitate youth development/community outreach programs as directed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, education or related field preferred
2+ years of training experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Experience with training video production, learning management systems, and/or training program development preferred
PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization
Must be able to navigate in a windows-based computer environment.
Must be open to working in a wide variety of departments as management directs.
