Job Description Summary

This role will be HR support partner for Leaders, Managers and Employees in Saudi Arabia. Leverage in-depth knowledge of HR foundations to coach on organizational and employee matters, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Uses understanding of key business drivers to accomplish work, and how team dynamics integrates with other functions and contributes to success. Moreover, this role will focus on achieving localization (Saudization) mandates and initiatives.

In line with Saudization requirements preference will be given to qualified Saudi nationals .

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for employees & managers, providing leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes.

  • Provide dedicated guidance to multiple managers and employees with specific focus on employee advocacy/engagement, HR fundamentals, employee relations management and talent management as appropriate.

  • Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment.

  • Uses in-depth HR foundational knowledge and prior experience to execute functional policy/strategy.

  • Directly communicates with colleagues and the business to provide guidance to new team members; and to explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

  • Impacts HR projects, processes, and procedures.

  • Utilizes technical HR expertise and judgement to solve problems.

  • Assist with other HR special projects or initiatives as needed.

  • Work closely with businesses to ensure localization mandates are met in relation to the hiring and retention of Saudi nationals.

Required Qualifications

  • No obstacle to work from Riyadh or Jeddah.

  • Proficiency in English and Arabic skills are mandatory.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a multinational organization.

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
