Job Summary

The Identity and Access Management Operations, Vice President is responsible for partnering with IAM leaders to provide operational support by successfully managing Disaster Recovery, Records and Information Management, and other compliance programs. This role involves creating and distributing communications to various groups within and outside of Technology Engineering. Additionally, the Vice President will assist in the creation and management of both technical and non-technical training materials. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the organization's compliance and operational efficiency.

Major Responsibilities

  • Develop and Maintain Disaster Recovery Plans: Ensure comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans, including recovery strategies, communications, and data backup procedures, are in place and regularly updated.

  • Provide Record and Information Management Support: Offer advisory support to the business on compliance with the Records and Information Management (RIM) Policy, including timely review and revision of the Records Inventory and the annual Business Unit RIM Implementation Form.

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Partner with subject matter experts to create and maintain both technical and non-technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Communication Preparation and Distribution: Prepare and share essential information with relevant stakeholders. Draft and update email communications for the IAM team and the wider organization.

  • Manage Ticket Escalations: Support ticket escalations by working closely with managers and security administrators to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Liaise with Offshore Support: Act as a liaison with offshore third-party support to ensure processes are correctly followed and service levels are maintained.

  • Drive Engagement Programs: Manage programs designed to drive engagement among employees and non-employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Communication Preparation and Distribution: Communicate key information to relevant stakeholders, drafting communication within and outside the IAM team. Create and revise emails, documents, presentations including distribution to varying audiences.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • At least three years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Program Management or related field.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in both written and spoken English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and information to diverse audiences

  • Previous customer service skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service

  • Experience creating documentation using Microsoft O365 tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

  • Moderate Excel skills for data analysis, including macros, scripting, or formula experience.

  • Preferred experience in Business Continuity and Information Management.

  • Preferred experience in the financial sector.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $92K - $135K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
