ManpowerGroup PROJECT MANAGER in Jersey City, New Jersey
Our client is seeking a Program & Governance Risk Project Manager to support risk and technology oversight within the Financial Crimes Technology organization. This role is ideal for candidates with Program or Project Management experience who can bridge the gap between technology, risk, and governance without needing a technical development background.
Program & Governance Risk Project Manager
Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Jersey City, NJ (or Charlotte, NC)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Pay Rate: $65/hr (W2 only, no C2C or third-party candidates)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead risk-focused technology projects, ensuring governance compliance.
Partner with tech teams to assess and mitigate risks.
Investigate incidents (e.g., outages, security events) and develop corrective actions.
Track remediation efforts and ensure regulatory readiness.
Communicate technical risk issues to business and compliance teams.
Qualifications:
Project/Program Management experience in Risk, Technology, or Governance.
Strong communication skills to simplify complex technical issues.
Experience with risk management, technology controls, or cybersecurity.
Certifications (CISA, CISSP) and familiarity with governance frameworks are a plus.
