How you will contribute
You will:
Provide support and training to enable effective use of sales systems.
Maintain and optimize systems for sales (including functionalities for customer management, tour planning, promotion planning, listing maintenance, shelf audit and reporting).
Provide support to users with specific technical problems in cooperation with IT service providers.
Drive continuous improvement of existing software and automation of new processes.

What you need to know about this position:
This role supports the commercial team by managing KPIs, ensuring data integrity, and resolving issues related to the Trade Promotion Management tool (XTEL).

· Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
Education / Certifications:
A bachelor’s degree in any related field.
Advanced MS Excel Usage. (Expert level).
Certification/Expertise in Power BI, Analytics, Data Management
Job specific requirements:
TPx Support (Promo Management Tool)
· Provide technical support of the system and triaging to next level of support (L2) for more advanced technical issues.
· Managing user access requests and approvals to be managed and/or submitted to L2 where necessary.
· Support the integrity of data interfacing to and from XTEL in conjunction with external data suppliers/systems (Nielsen, APO, Spar Insights, OPAL, SAP etc.) via checks and balances throughout the process.
· Escalate system interfacing issues reported by automated monitoring and escalation systems/processes.
· Upload data into the system.
· Product master updates and maintenance on PEGA and XTEL
Reports & Sales Information
· Gather, format and map both internal & external data from various sources, including SAP BI, Smollan, Nielsen, Spar Insights, Data Orbis, plus other external data sources subscribed to by Mondelez
· Populate dashboards/reports to communicate daily, weekly, monthly information.
· Following up and gathering input from stakeholders to be included in report commentaries.
· Endeavor to deliver the reports, dashboards accurately and on time every day, week, month.
· Facilitate operational excellence (constant improvement)
· Look for better, (more efficient or more user friendly) ways to monitor and report KPI's Ensure the ongoing integrity of data
· Extract Monthly Business Review reports from SAP (BEX Analyzer)
Consumption Data and OSA (Operational Sales Analytics Tool)
· Update the Informs Product master on a weekly basis.
· Extract reports from the consumption model.
· Validate data using various supplier sources.
· Download supplier data and upload it to the SFTP.
· Log any queries or change requests related to the dashboards or data.
