Insight Global Sr IT Change Strategy Analyst in Johnston, Iowa
Job Description
A large agricultural company is seeking an IT Strategy Change Analyst where they will work with IT teams and users to transition from Avaya telephony systems to Microsoft Teams Voice Solutions.
They will apply Organizational Change Management (OCM) practices and tools to develop and implement strategies that lead to the successful adoption of the new platform within their call centers across the world. This will include assessing change impacts and stakeholders, developing change experience plans, and other strategic deliverables.
Other Responsibilities:
Deliver communications, learning, and other activities, which may include sending emails, facilitating live and remote training sessions, publishing knowledge articles, posting on internal social media, creating SharePoint sites, etc.
Develop concise, engaging, audience-focused communications, learning resources, and other artifacts supporting changes, product adoption, and engagement.
Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather details needed to develop accurate, Corteva-specific content and translate technical details into clear, user-focused benefits and instructions.
Support cross-team collaboration to extend reach and effectiveness of plan deliverables, including coordinating translations, working with delivery partners and change champions to boost awareness and engagement, and transitioning accountability of long-term use materials (e.g., knowledge articles) to the run and maintain team.
Shepherd your assigned plans, including tracking status of planned activities, identifying and escalating risks and roadblocks, reminding collaborators of upcoming deliverables and needs, and monitoring and reporting progress toward objectives and engagement.
Apply team tools and processes to track work and deliver consistently and on time.
Partner with EIT and project leaders to manage and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Contribute to overall team success through continuous feedback, knowledge sharing, and administrative duties.
Pay rate ranges from 55/hr to 65/hr

Skills and Requirements
· 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, communications and/or instructional design (or change management relevant experience)
· Experience throughout the whole End to End Change Management process
(assessment, create experience plan, deliver all materials (communications, training, etc)
· Experience with IT/Technical projects
· Experience creating and delivering trainings (ex: short videos, job aids, knowledge articles, webinars)
Can provide sample work

Experience with Avaya or Microsoft Teams Voice Solutions projects
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint. null
