WesleyLife is seeking an Applications Analyst to join our Information Solutions Applications support team as a key player in supporting the staffing and scheduling functionalities of our new UKG Workforce Management software. We recently launched the system and are seeking an experienced professional with strong organizational and communication skills to help drive future phase rollouts. If you have experience with staffing and scheduling software or previous HRIS support, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with various teams to and improve existing software applications and plan, design, and implement new ones.
Manage software application projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, goals, and budgets are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, documenting solutions and communicating updates to all stakeholders.
Generate and analyze reports using clinical application tools to support clinical decision-making.
Test and evaluate new system updates, ensuring they perform smoothly and efficiently.
Lead training sessions for new and existing software applications, creating user-friendly materials and resources.
Ensure clinical applications comply with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
Support clinical teams by optimizing technology to enhance workflows and increase reimbursement for healthcare services.
What You'll Bring:
A degree in healthcare, computer science, or equivalent experience in supporting clinical applications in a healthcare setting.
Proven experience with clinical software applications, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.
Attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
