As a Quality Engineer, you will ensure our products consistently meet or exceed quality standards and regulatory requirements. In this vital role, you will drive quality improvements, resolve issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and reliability.

• The salary is starting at $90,000 based on experience

Responsibilities for the Quality Engineer role:

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality assurance protocols

• Conduct routine inspections and testing to ensure products meet industry standards.

• Identify, document, and address quality issues swiftly, ensuring timely resolution.

• Analyze production processes to pinpoint areas for improvement

• Implement corrective action and preventive actions to eliminate quality issues and avoid recurrence.

• Prepare and present quality reports and performance metrics to management and stakeholders.

• Ensure thorough documentation for regulatory compliance and internal quality standards.

• Maintain strong knowledge and application of ISO9001 standards in an ISO-regulated environment.

Requirements for the Quality Engineer role:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering within a machine shop or contract manufacturing environment.

• Six Sigma, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, or similar preferred

• Experience with ISO9001 environment

• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Cardholder
