Responsibilities

• Work with the shift supervisor to execute Factor_ Quality Programs on the 1st or 2nd shift.

• Provide employees instructions and advice on how to perform their task (QA checks, expectations).

• Coach QA employees to follow company procedures.

• GMP's Enforcement

• Label verification.

• Verification of Thermometers and record all findings.

• Verify allergen color code is being followed.

• Review area documents at the end of shift to ensure completion. Sign & store in the correct folder.

• Follow up and complete any product placed on Hold.

• Verify labels for the Recipe being made has correct recipe Number (F/FA number), Recipe Name, Correct Week and correct Rack number.

• Report any deviation to the Supervisor of area, Chef and QA Supervisor or Manager

The essential functions of this role include:
