Our client, a leading manufacturer in the packaging industry, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Packaging Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Packaging Operator

Location: Joliet, IL

Pay Range: $17 per hour

What's the Job?

• Maintain safe packaging and adhere to company policies and guidelines

• Operate and maintain material handling and visual inspection operations

• Execute HRP/JSA process

• Manage and maintain waste and general trash accumulated from the warehouse packaging and material handling operation

• Operate with quality assurance in adherence to Kuraray EVAL QMS standards and requirements

What's Needed?

• Steel toe shoes and long pants required

• Ability to work 7am-5pm, Monday through Friday

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
