Description We are on the lookout for a dedicated Business Analyst I to join our team. The role is based in Juno Beach, Florida, and will involve conducting complex operational analyses and leading project teams. The Business Analyst I will be instrumental in driving informed decision-making within the business unit and will interact with various business units on different initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead medium to large project teams, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time

• Conduct comprehensive operational analyses to support informed decision making

• Review and approve findings to be presented to senior management

• Coordinate with other business units on various initiatives

• Conduct statistical analyses to provide insight into business operations

• Support the onboarding and ongoing education of sales teams by developing training materials, user guides, and documentation

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Owners, Sales, Pricing, and Operations teams, to gather and document business requirements

• Identify areas for process improvements and system enhancements based on user feedback and data analysis

• Provide ongoing support to users, answering questions and troubleshooting issues related to the platform

• Develop and execute test cases and test scenarios to validate functionality meets business requirements

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and gather feedback to ensure the platform meets user expectations

• Work closely with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and resolve defects promptly. Requirements • Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among team members and stakeholders

• Proven management abilities to oversee projects and ensure timely completion

• Sales experience to understand and contribute to the company's revenue generation process

• Ability to create, maintain, and improve documentation processes

• Knowledge of marketing strategies to drive business growth

• Experience in operations management to ensure smooth business processes

• Understanding of business procedures and the ability to implement them effectively

• Project management skills to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines

• Capability to create and deliver powerful presentations to stakeholders

• Pricing knowledge to assist in the formulation of pricing strategies

• Familiarity with billing processes and systems

• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively

• Experience in onboarding new employees and training them

• Proficiency in data analysis to guide business decision making

• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies to drive project success

• Staffing experience to ensure the right people are in the right roles

• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels within the organization

• Understanding of conductivity in a business context

• Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer relationships and data

• Experience working with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products or services

• Proven track record of process improvement and implementation

• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with teams across the organization

• High level of proficiency in relevant software and tools

• Understanding of commission functions in a sales context

• Willingness to work onsite as required by the role
