Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst I in Juno Beach, Florida. This role is pivotal in conducting complex operational analyses and coordinating large project teams to support informed decision making within the business unit.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct intricate operational analyses to guide decision-making processes.

• Lead and coordinate medium to large project teams to uphold business unit initiatives.

• Review and approve findings that will be presented to senior management.

• Execute statistical analyses to enhance business operations and strategies.

• Collaborate with other business units on various initiatives to ensure seamless operations.

• Mentor and guide lower-level analysts to foster a collaborative and learning environment.

• Validate plans and strategies to ensure they align with business objectives.

• Manage and oversee the contingent workforce to ensure efficient staffing and onboarding processes.

• Handle the expense account and commission functions to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.

• Utilize management skills and procedures to maintain a well-organized and productive business unit. Requirements • Strong management skills are essential to effectively organize and oversee tasks.

• Knowledge of various procedures within the business sector to ensure smooth operations.

• Experience in onboarding new employees and ensuring their successful integration into the team.

• Ability to manage staffing needs, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.

• Proficiency in managing the conductivity of the business and ensuring efficient operations.

• Experience working with suppliers to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.

• Understanding of commission functions and how they contribute to the overall business strategy.

• Willingness to work onsite and collaborate with team members in person.

• Excellent decision-making skills to make informed choices that benefit the business.

• Ability to manage an expense account, including tracking expenditures and ensuring budget compliance.

• Experience working within a business unit and understanding its unique needs and goals.

• Knowledge of validation plans and ability to implement them effectively.

• Strong statistical analysis skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions.

• Familiarity with cyber security measures to protect the company's digital assets.

• Experience working with project teams and coordinating efforts to achieve shared goals.

• Understanding of NIS (Network and Information Systems) and their role in business operations.

• Familiarity with Nerc (North American Electric Reliability Corporation) standards and regulations.

• Experience managing a contract workforce, including contractors.
