Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Specialist in Juno Beach, Florida. The role functions within the operations and planning industry, where you'll be tasked with supporting a detail-oriented department in their daily operations. This role requires working onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Download and upload data using various tools

• Conduct validation plans for data entry

• Manage expense account as part of the business unit operations

• Onboarding and staffing suppliers as necessary

• Execute commission functions as part of the routine operations

• Review and respond to routine correspondence independently

• Prepare presentation material including charts and graphs

• Carry out QA management for data entry and operations

• Maintain cyber security protocols for data management

• Work under direct supervision to support the department's operations

• Exercise independent judgment in performing tasks and procedures. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry and management

• Familiarity with day-to-day operations and procedures

• Ability to review and evaluate data for accuracy and relevance

• Experience with onboarding processes and staffing

• Capable of effectively managing relationships with suppliers

• Knowledge of commission functions and procedures

• Willingness to work onsite as required

• Experience in managing an expense account

• Ability to collaborate with different business units within the organization

• Experience in creating and implementing validation plans

• Understanding of cyber security principles and practices

• Ability to work under direct supervision while also demonstrating independent judgment

• Proficiency in creating and handling routine correspondence

• Skilled in preparing charts and presentation materials

• Knowledge of Network Information System (NIS)

• Familiarity with North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) standards

• Experience managing a contingent workforce
