Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Regulatory Analyst, Sr in the regulatory industry located in Juno Beach, Florida. As a Regulatory Analyst, Sr, your role will revolve around ensuring regulatory requirements are met, coordinating responses to regulatory actions, and providing guidance on regulatory matters.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and ensure compliance with all Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) regulatory requirements.

• Plan, coordinate, and prepare all filing requirements/responses in both docketed and undocketed matters.

• Monitor and resolve issues related to National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) safety audit variances.

• Coordinate and prepare responses to state and federal regulatory and legislative actions.

• Identify issues that may impact the company and develop strategies for management and legal consideration.

• Provide guidance and direction on regulatory matters within and outside the business unit.

• Conduct special studies and analyses concerning business unit operations and performance.

• Coordinate budget preparation and monitor budget performance.

• Ensure timely preparation and submission of FPSC regulatory filings and responses.

• Provide regulatory support and guidance on rules, regulations, and filings. Requirements • Must possess excellent communication skills for effective interaction with various departments and regulatory bodies

• Experience in providing training related to regulatory compliance and procedures is desired

• Familiarity with operations and planning processes within a regulatory environment

• Proven ability to adhere to compliance norms and best practices in a regulated industry

• Demonstrated experience in conducting research and audit processes related to regulation and compliance

• Proficiency in project management and supervising teams

• Must have a strong grounding in finance and budget processes

• Experience in workstation support and check processing will be advantageous

• Must possess strong leadership skills

• Experience in onboarding and staffing processes is desired

• Knowledge of regulation filing and engineering principles is a plus

• Must demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality

• Experience in dealing with suppliers and providing customer support is desirable
