Robert Half Customer Success Specialist in Kalamazoo, Michigan

Description

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist in the Greenhouse industry, located in Kalamazoo, Michigan, United States. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be tasked with a variety of duties related to customer service, including managing customer inquiries and maintaining accurate records. This role is 100% onsite, M-F 8am-5pm, in the spring, you will have the ability to work overtime- working on Saturdays as well as Monday-Friday. This is an hourly role.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications

• Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate

• Monitor and manage customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary

• Respond and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Use ADP - Financial Services software for various tasks

• Utilize Avaya CMS for customer management

• Operate various computer programs to assist in job functions

• Use CRM and Epic Software to manage customer relationships and information

• Answer inbound calls from customers promptly and professionally

• Assist customers in understanding and utilizing benefit functions

• Handle billing functions appropriately and accurately.

Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required for managing financial transactions with customers

• Experience with Avaya CMS to effectively manage customer interactions

• Advanced knowledge of general computer programs to ensure smooth operations

• Familiarity with CRM systems for efficient customer relationship management

• Proficiency in using Epic Software for improved workflow

• Experience with About Time software to manage time and attendance related tasks

• Ability to handle answering inbound calls with a customer-focused approach

• Proven experience in assisting customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

• Understanding of benefit functions to help customers with their queries

• Experience in handling billing functions to ensure accurate invoicing and payment procedures. TalentMatch®
