What You Will Be Doing
The Quality Information Specialist provides a variety of administrative and technical support to the Quality Management & Privacy (QMP) Department and as assigned, to other quality improvement processes within the organization. Its primary function is to participate in the planning and completion of Quality Monitoring Review (QMR) process for ISK direct operated services and its contract provider network throughout each fiscal year. This may involve assisting in tracking all QMR activities from start to completion, setting up appointment reminders for QMR process due dates, creating email communication templates, aggregating and packaging clear and accurate written reports of QMR findings, providing administrative support with QMP trainings, etc. This position will also function as the lead for monitoring and tracking of policy and procedure (P&P) review for the organization and will maintain a record of signed policies. QIS collaborates with leadership staff for the facilitation of the P&P review process and ensures that current policies, procedures, and exhibits are maintained on the ISK portal and website. QIS provides administrative support for assigned meetings including preparing and disseminating agendas, recording minutes, maintaining historical records and facility preparation. This QIS position has the potential for being a part of a review team that are trained in the completion of Organizational Practices Reviews (OPR) of contracted service providers.

What We Require
- Associate degree or High School Diploma with 3-5 years of experience working in an administrative support role.
- Bachelor's degree and one year of related experience in behavioral health programs preferred.
- Advanced computer skills, proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Publisher, Adobe Acrobat, Excel and Power Bi.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills, and ability to present information in verbal and written reports.
