ManpowerGroup 1st shift Forklift Operator in Kansas City, Missouri
Our client, a leading distribution center, is seeking a 1st shift Material Handler experienced operating Stand Up Reach AND Cherry Picker Forklifts to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the Logistics team supporting the warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Stand Up Reach AND Cherry Picker Forklifts, strong communication & organizational skills, basic math & computer skills, and the ability to speak, read and write English which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Kansas City, MO
Pay Range: $20.50/hour
Shift: Thursday - Saturday - 5:30am - 6pm and Every other Wednesday 5:30am - 4pm.
What's the Job?
Pull orders, load/unload trucks
Put product away
Transfer of products within the warehouse using a RF handheld
Load and operate stretch wrapping equipment
Operate fork truck (Change battery, daily safety checks, drive)
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience working in distribution center or warehouse
Must have one to three plus years in a distribution environment
Experience operating a fork truck
Certified Forklift Operator
Ability to work with individuals or groups
