Key Responsibilities:
Phone Communication:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Address inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
Appointment Management:
Schedule and confirm appointments with clients.
Maintain and organize the organizations calendar.
Meeting Coordination:
Arrange and schedule meetings for the Executive Director (or other team members).
Prepare agendas and necessary materials for meetings.
Administrative Support:
Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
Manage correspondence, including emails and letters.
Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned.
Office Organization:
Ensure that office supplies are stocked and ordered when needed.
Keep the workspace clean and functional.
