Salary: $84,000 - $120,000 + potential bonuses (Recruiting and Incentive Programs)

Are you an experienced aviation professional with a passion for leadership and operational excellence? PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a dedicated Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to oversee critical maintenance operations in Kansas City, MO . What You’ll Do:

• Supervise aircraft maintenance operations , ensuring all tasks meet FAA regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and customer expectations.

• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance professionals, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

• Oversee preventive maintenance, inspections, and alterations , ensuring airworthiness and compliance.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality Control, and other departments to optimize workflow and meet deadlines.

• Ensure proper planning and execution of maintenance tasks using customer package requirements.

• Manage labor hours, maintenance schedules, and resource allocation to ensure on-time aircraft delivery .

• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and customers regarding aircraft status and project progress.

• Uphold safety and regulatory compliance , ensuring all work areas remain clean and audit-ready.

• Train and develop team members, identifying future leaders within the organization.

What You Bring:

Required Qualifications:

• Airframe or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification .

• Minimum 5 years of commercial MRO maintenance experience.

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in an MRO environment.

• Strong understanding of FAA regulatory requirements , including FAR Part 121 and 91.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ; experience with Oracle, AutoTime, and Gateway is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel.

• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting operational deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
