Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Kansas City, Missouri. This role is primarily responsible for managing and keeping track of financial data, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all account related tasks. The Bookkeeper will be part of a dynamic team, working across various departments and playing a key role in financial management.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately reconcile accounts on a regular basis

• Efficiently manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy

• Carry out bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records

• Manage data entry tasks related to financial transactions

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and financial analysis

• Close accounts at the end of each month and ensure all financial data is up to date

• Use QuickBooks for managing and tracking financial data. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is necessary

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is required

• Must have knowledge in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations is a pre-requisite

• Demonstrable experience in Bookkeeping is crucial

• Proficiency in Data Entry is expected

• Experience in using Microsoft Excel is necessary

• Experience in Month End Close procedures is required

• Knowledge of QuickBooks software is essential
