Essential Duties and Tasks
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made, upon request, to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Assists production supervisors with administrative duties pertaining to converting/production department.
Assists with production schedules, time off requests, and timesheets; also with temporary employees’ timecards
Assists Human Resources with duties that specifically pertain to converting/production department; also introduction of new hires to the production floor
Effectively coordinates training sessions, performs trainee/trainer touchpoints, and documents relevant feedback for program improvement.
Knowledgeable about new trainee/trainer pairings
Knowledgeable about training timelines for new employees
Updates training matrix with new hires and training progress
Effectively schedules final evaluation dates for trainees
Communicates with supervisors and leadership team on final evaluation progress
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School diploma
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) outlook email and calendar capabilities.
Able to maintain strict confidentiality and protect privacy of sensitive information
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Proactive – exercises sound judgment and decision making
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
Self-confident, self-motivated professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

- 1-3 year: Previous work experience within a manufacturing environment.
