1. SUMMARY OF DUTIES:[]{#_Toc242688720}

• Conduct thorough inspections of procedures at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
• Facilitate and monitor internal and external corrective actions to resolve product and/or process issues.
• Schedule and conduct risk assessments to ensure smooth business practices.
• Manage and conduct internal audits of the NSS Quality Management System (QMS) and identify gaps of the QMS to AS9100/AS9110 standards.
• Collect, manipulate, and present large data sets during internal and external audits.
• Verify operational processes, records, and/or procedures to determine the reliability and effectiveness of internal process control systems.
• Investigate and resolve compliance and quality-related issues in a timely manner
• Design and prepare reports of findings to management and makes recommendations for implementing controls where appropriate

3. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

``` 1. Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

2. Experience:

• 2 to 4 years experience in root cause corrective action determination and verification.
• 2 to 4 years experience performing audits to AS9100/AS9110 or similar ISO standards.

3. Abilities, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills; a team player and independent worker.
• Strong planning and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to interface with individuals at all levels within the company, suppliers and customers.
• Strong aptitude for interpreting and explaining processes and procedures to others within and outside the job area.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills geared towards continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to focus and follow-through to conduct follow up audits with all levels of NSS production and suppliers.
• Working knowledge of AS9100/AS9110 Quality Management System.
• Working knowledge of Internal Auditing Processes.
