We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Analyst in Katy, Texas. This role is instrumental in the financial sector of our organization, with a focus on consolidating customer accounts and maintaining their accuracy. The role provides an engaging hybrid work environment, with some days in the office and others remote, providing flexibility and balance.

Responsibilities:

• Consolidate multiple customer accounts into streamlined enterprise accounts to enhance efficiency.

• Utilize SAP Ariba to manage and maintain customer accounts.

• Assist in cleaning, cleansing, and merging accounts, primarily using SAP Ariba.

• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Collaborate with the team to manage the complexities of numerous legal entities and login information.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping of customer credit information.

• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.

• Utilize various accounting software systems to streamline processes and tasks.

• Perform routine audits to ensure all billing functions are performed accurately.

Requirements

• CRM management skills are essential

• Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) is needed

• Auditing skills are crucial

• Must be able to perform Billing Functions

• Proficiency in SAP Ariba is required
