M&J Resort Management Corp., dba Kings Port Inn, Housekeepers\ 4 temporary, full time jobs (04/01/2025-10/31/2025), 40 hours/week; Wednesday to Sunday; eight (8) hours per day; from 8am-4pm. \$17.13/hour, OT \$25.70/hour as needed. Req. 3 months experience; with some high school or less. Clean guest rooms, according to preset standards. Principal tasks include but would not be limited to: Vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchens and making beds.

Keep cart, linen room and equipment neat and orderly. Follow established chemical procedures. Turn in immediately all articles found in rooms and handle according to Lost and Found procedures. Follow all safety and energy conservation guidelines.

Jobsite: 18 Western Avenue. Kennebunk, ME 04043

Pay received weekly. A single workweek is used to compute wages due. Employer will make all deductions from workers paycheck required by law & deduct approved cost of housing if employee elects to utilize. Optional housing deductions include: fee of \$100/week. Employer will provide daily subsistence of \$15.88/day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00/day with receipts.

\ Additional Benefits: Employer will reimburse transportation expenses including meals &, to extent necessary, lodging, in order to cover all transportation cost from the place where the worker has come to work for the employer whether from the US or abroad if the worker completes half of the employment period. Employer will reimburse worker w/in 1st workweek all appropriate visa & border crossing fees.\ \ Return transportation from the place of employment to the place from which the worker departed to work will be provided including meals &, to extent necessary, lodging, if worker completes employment period or is dismissed early by employer.\ \ Employer will provide optional daily transportation to worksite from employee housing, all uniforms, work tools, supplies & equip. Guaranteed work for total hours equal to at least of the workdays in each 12-week period.
