Summary

The Crane Operator is responsible for hoisting equipment through direction of responsible parties and ensuring loads are property rigged. Operator must inspect and maintain the equipment, including hydraulic lines, breaks, and cables at all times.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Crane Operator will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform their role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. Note that the areas listed are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by co-workers assigned to this role. • Operates Tower Crane

• Operates Lattice Boom, Crawler, and Telescopic Boom Crane

• Maintains Crane Equipment

• Ensures a Safe Work Environment

• Participates in Training/Certifications

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum of 2 years of (appropriate) Crane Operator experience.

• Required NCCCO appropriate Crane Certification.

• Required current DOT Medical Exam.
