YOUR DAY TO DAY AS A MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

As a Full Time Maintenance Assistant at Consulate Health Care, you can expect a dynamic and varied day-to-day experience. Your primary responsibilities will include performing routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and functional environment for our residents. You'll troubleshoot and repair equipment, address any maintenance requests from staff, and assist with minor renovations as needed. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with the nursing and care teams to respond to urgent maintenance issues promptly.

Expect to maintain grounds, manage inventory of supplies, and uphold safety standards throughout the facility. Your schedule will be consistent, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life routine as you contribute to an environment founded on empathy and excellence.
