As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our strategy through driving data-driven transactions, market analysis, and process optimizations. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with the Strategy & Operations functions, influence key business decisions, and contribute to solutions that create real value for our users.
In your role as Business Analyst at Kohler Ventures you will:
Be a key member of the vendor management functions to drive efficient partnerships:
Assist in vendor onboarding processes and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
Support the contract review process, ensuring that all vendor agreements comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
Develop and present metrics pertaining to vendor by:
Preparing regular reports and dashboards related to vendor data, contracts, and invoices.
Analyzing trends in vendor performance, payment cycles, and contract compliance.
Providing recommendations for process improvements based on analysis and feedback.
Support the competitive & market intelligence function of Kohler Ventures by:
Conducting research and keeping a pulse on competitor trends, products and other factors that influence Kohler Ventures’ strategy
Supporting research and analysis to inform Kohler Ventures’ growth and commercial strategy
Maintaining a competitor database Supporting research and analysis updated
Assisting in the preparation of reports and materials on competitive and market insights
Skills/Requirements
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on vendor management, contract administration, or invoice processing.
Strong knowledge of vendor master data management, contract life cycle, and invoice processing procedures.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with MS office suite, specifically strong communication skills utilizing PowerPoint.
Availability to work outside of standard business hours as needed to be able to collaborate with teams across multiple time zones
Ability to travel 10% of time both domestically and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to contracts and vendor management.
Knowledge of process automation and improvements in invoice processing or data management.
Positive, can-do attitude with a high degree of ownership and self-motivation to drive change
Entrepreneurial experience in a high growth technology focused company or startup
Exemplary collaboration skills across teams, geographies, and functions

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The salary range for this position is $69,800 - $87,950. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
