job summary:

The enterprise architect plays a crucial role in guiding enterprise leaders, product managers, product owners, and delivery teams through transformation and optimization initiatives. They support the formulation of strategy, outcomes, and capabilities, focusing on aligning technology with business goals, ensuring technology platforms and processes are used to create cohesive, efficient and engaging E2E experiences. The enterprise architect demonstrates competencies across five key dimensions:

  1. Supports and Influences Strategy and Guides Execution

  3. Orchestrates the Delivery of Business Outcomes

  4. Facilitates Innovation

  5. Supports the IT Portfolio

responsibilities:

  • Work with business and leadership stakeholders to support strategy development, identify disruptive forces, analyze business and operating models, and connect strategy to execution.

  • Build the enterprise architecture (EA) value proposition, develop a portfolio of consulting services, and provide consultative advice to business leaders and stakeholders.

  • Align business architecture (structure, process, data, technology) and IT to ensure the architecture formulates, translates, and executes business strategy.

  • Assess disruptive forces, identify technology-enabled innovation opportunities, and provide practical advice and best practices to leverage new opportunities.

  • Support portfolio modernization, develop roadmaps, analyze the IT environment, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure consistency with enterprise architecture.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachmann) and their application to HR-specific needs

  • Expertise in system integration, ensuring seamless data flow between HCM systems, ERP, payroll systems, and other enterprise applications

  • Working knowledge of APIs, middleware, and cloud technologies to enable scalable, adaptive, and future-ready architectures and solutions that evolve with workforce trend

  • In-depth understanding of HR and HCM systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and Microsoft (Cloud) technologies

  • Knowledge of HR processes (e.g., recruitment, payroll, performance management, learning, and workforce analytics)

  • Ability to evaluate and partner to design solutions that align with HR business strategies

  • Designing solutions that unify associate interactions across channels (e.g., web, mobile, chat bot), enabled by seamless authentication, access, and device management

  • Expertise in leveraging data and AI/ML to personalize experiences and offer predictive insights (e.g., career paths, skills development recommendations)

  • Proficiency in ing design thinking methodologies to meet associate needs

  • Knowledge of UX principles to design intuitive, personalized, and seamless workflows

  • Provide input in the development of associate journey maps, from onboarding to offboarding, optimizing touchpoints and interactions to support desired experiences and outcomes

  • Ability to align HR technology strategies with broader enterprise goals, ensuring ROI and value creation

  • Skills in stakeholder engagement to collaborate with HR leaders, IT, and external vendors

  • Capability to manage and communicate change, driving adoption of new technologies and processes
