Why You Will Love this Job: The Materials Coordinator will coordinate and expedite product through the Generator Kohler (GK) finished goods facility. Shift coverage will be Monday-Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm with some occasional Saturday\'s. Specific responsibilities: * Plan, expedites and controls all product under his/her responsibility using Sap. * Verifies stock availability for finished goods & loose accessories. * Coordinates Union employee tasks and job assignments. * Expedites hot orders and parts needed for customers and Sto\'s. * Generates proper paperwork. * Works on special projects or performs other duties as directed by the supervisor. * Coordinates product flow, audits shop floor and continue liaison with floor supervision and material truckers. * Monitor and review requirements and schedules daily. Requirements: * Must be detailed orientated. * High School Diploma * Experience in Shipping preferred. * Must be able to make sound decisions. * Must be able to work under stress. Work Mode: Onsite 200 Twin Oaks Road Kohler WI Shift coverage will be Monday-Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm with some occasional Saturday\'s.
