Data Analyst - Enteprise Analytics

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analytics and Visualization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining PowerBi dashboards and reports, analyzing financial data, and collaborating with team members to understand their requirements. The primary focus will be in finance and T&L (transportation and logistics).

What the day will look like

  • Data Visualization: Develop and maintain PowerBi dashboards and reports. Willingness to learn other applications for visualization build.

  • Collaborate with team members to understand their requirements. Primary focus will be in finance and T&L.

  • Data Analysis: Analyse financial data from various records, perform variance analysis and share insights with team.

  • Help to lead development of D&A tools (LMP, revenue dashboard) and dashboards in PowerBi.

  • Assist T&L business heads by providing sales pipeline insights. Classic reports on opportunities, B@R, activities, renewals reporting in a consolidated way.

  • Collaborate with countries and regions to ensure proper use of AON connect and accuracy of pipeline for T&L. Monitor target progress.

  • Trend and Market analysis as needed.

  • Support analytics and reporting on broking data.

  • Contribute to efforts to align regional teams’ effectiveness program globally.

  • Generate metrics and financial insights that are scalable and customizable for different levels of analysis, from local to global.

  • Improve existing products and processes by implementing best practices, enhancing speed, automation, scalability, and consistency.

  • Share knowledge and expertise to contribute to the growth and success of the company and the team.

  • Conduct data validation, quality assurance, and performance optimization.

  • Document data sources, workflows, and data models comprehensively.

  • Diagnose and resolve any data or product-related issue

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 2-4 years of previous research or analyst experience.

  • Excellent analytical and research skills. Excel (VBA, macros) and PBi are primary applications with some knowledge in SQL would be preferred.

  • Some brokerage insights preferred.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Creative and upbeat with strong work ethics.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Capability to take ownership and drive initiatives. Be able to work independent.

  • Ability to work in deadline driven environment.
